BEP was originally introduced as an open ended, interactive, learning newsletter available only through the internet and has evolved into an eighteen lesson learning package that is marketed as a learning tool. It includes Bud Ham’s commitment to personally respond to every request for consulting or problem solving via email or the telephone. This course has been described as a Master’s Degree in staff management for dentists.
Dentistry’s leading study club clinician and testing organization reviewed the first eight issues of BEP. His comment was, “Bud, it is excellent. You have one problem – dentists are too busy to read.” We have overcome that barrier to learning!
The text of BEP is contained on 5 CDs packaged with 15 highly participative written staff meeting instructions. This packaging allows the dentist to selectively listen to any topic, with an attendant staff meeting, when such information is important.
